tbtAMRtbtAMR implements custom logic developed at MDU-PHL to identify mutations linked to antimicrobial resistance mechanisms (AMR) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis and generate reports suitable for public health applications. You must provide a correctly formated VCF file or Illumina paired-end reads.Versions
