Parameters

preset (str): Alignment preset. See minimap2 manual for recommended choices per sequencing/data type. Options: map-ont, lr:hq, map-hifi, map-pb, map-iclr, asm5, asm10, asm20 and 6 more

target (file) required: Reference index (.mmi) or reference FASTA/FASTQ file.

queries (file, multiple) required: Query sequence file(s): FASTA/FASTQ, single or paired. Use a list for paired-end or multiple queries.
