assembly (file) required: One bacterial genome assembly in uncompressed nucleotide FASTA format. Input is a whole genome assembly, not sequencing reads.

assembly_format (enum) required: Select unicycler only for an assembly retaining the original Unicycler headers, to use its circularity annotations. Otherwise select standard. Options: standard, unicycler
