GUNCGUNC (Genome UNClutterer) assesses chimerism and contamination in bacterial and archaeal genome assemblies, including metagenome-assembled genomes, using gene taxonomy and contig-level lineage homogeneity. This configuration evaluates one genome against the proGenomes 2.1 reference database.Versions

sensitivity (enum) required: Sensitive mode uses a different abundance cutoff for lineage detection. Options: standard, sensitive
